As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and vendors, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting Human Resources and other agency departments. In this role, you'll greet guests, answer questions, direct visitors to the appropriate office, manage incoming mail and deliveries, maintain agency databases, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while contributing to a professional, organized, and secure office environment. Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.00 Location: 1521 Clark Street Rd.
