Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the supervising PT
• Document all regulatory and clinical information in the electronic documentation system
• Participate in patient care conferences, utilization reviews, and required trainings

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of PTA experience required
• LTC or Rehab experience required
• Active PTA license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
• New grads welcome if you have a Level II clinical experience
• Skills checklist within the past year
• 0-1 professional references at time of submission

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy and rehabilitation principles
• Long-term care and outpatient rehab settings
• Patient care and communication
• Electronic documentation and regulatory compliance
• APTA Code of Ethics and state practice acts
