The Busser plays an essential role in delivering a great guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining room. This position supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest needs, and helping ensure the restaurant is always ready to welcome the next guest.

• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
• Deliver chips and salsa promptly to newly seated tables.
• Assist guests and team members with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Support the service team in delivering Over-the-Top Service throughout every shift.

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all dining areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
• Monitor dining room cleanliness throughout service.
• Prepare tables promptly for incoming guests to support smooth restaurant operations.

• Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash receptacles as needed.
• Monitor chip levels and maintain service stations.
• Help ensure a clean, safe, sanitary, and accident-free restaurant environment.

• Represent Tacos & Tequila Cantina with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Demonstrate our T.A.C.O. core values in every interaction.
• Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Remain open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, food runners, kitchen staff, and management.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts.
• Help maintain efficient restaurant operations during busy periods.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
