Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric physical therapy evaluations and treatments for an established caseload of about 50 patients in an outpatient pediatric rehab program.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans with measurable goals to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional outcomes.
- Document care and progress in EPIC EMR; maintain accurate patient records and communication with the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to coordinate care, provide education, and ensure safe, evidence-based interventions.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance; uphold best practices in pediatric rehabilitation and family-centered care.

Requirements
- Active Ohio physical therapy license and state registry (cannot be in process)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of current pediatric rehabilitation experience
- Experience with EPIC EMR or ability to rapidly achieve proficiency
- Ability to work a five-day, 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday) in an outpatient pediatric setting
