Residential Care Manager — On-Call 24/7
Verland
Verland is seeking a Residential Manager for our CLA division in Bethel Park, PA. The role is full-time, salaried, exempt, and requires managing 24/7 on-call coverage and direct care staff across assigned homes. You will train staff, monitor program compliance, and coordinate with program specialists while ensuring resident safety and quality of care.
