Maintenance ManagerCardinal Glass in Easton, PA has an immediate full time opening for a Maintenance Manager. This position oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the equipment, machinery and facility.Job Duties:Lead all maintenance activities including preventative maintenance and emergency repairsHire, train, supervise and evaluate maintenance team membersDevelop and manage maintenance budgets, track expenses and order necessary parts and suppliesEnforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and legal regulationsMaintain accurate maintenance logs and recordsDesign and plan specialty maintenance projectsConduct yourself in a professional manner with co-workers and contract vendorsQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years experience in maintenance, with management experience a plusEffective problem solving and organizational skillsAbility to operate and use hand tools, power tools and measuring instrumentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of computer software, including Windows, Word and ExcelAdvanced electrical troubleshooting and safety practices including 3 phaseRead, write and understand standard and metric measurement unitsProficiency with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic conceptsAbility to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and diagramsKnowledge in fabrication, welding and basic machining skillsBenefits: medical, dental & vision benefits, Health Savings Account with company match, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid life insurance, monthly profit sharing bonus, 401 (K) and Roth retirement plans, paid Holidays and vacation.
