What You Will Do

As a Bartender you will

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Learn and execute drink recipes with consistency and accuracy
• Provide friendly attentive and professional guest service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification and Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire

Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is a physically active role Candidates must be able to

• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds cases kegs bar stock
• Perform repetitive motions including bending stooping reaching and twisting
• Work quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment
• Handle wet surfaces glassware and cleaning chemicals safely
• Maintain stamina and focus during peak service hours
