We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and other surgical staff to deliver safe and efficient surgical care before, during, and after procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, sterile drapes, and supplies according to physician preference cards.
• Maintain strict aseptic techniques and preserve the sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
• Pass instruments, sponges, and equipment to the surgeon and surgical team during operations.
• Perform accurate pre- and post-operative instrument, sponge, and needle counts in collaboration with the circulating nurse.
• Assist with patient positioning, skin preparation, and draping prior to surgery.
• Properly handle, clean, sterilize, and care for surgical instruments and equipment post-procedure.
• Assist in maintaining inventory, restocking supplies, and preparing rooms for turnover.
• Strictly adhere to infection control policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program (CST certification preferred).
• Current CPR/BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Prior operating room or ambulatory surgery center (ASC) experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instrumentation, and human anatomy.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills under pressure.
