Manager, Financial Information Systems

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for Financial Information Systems in New Brunswick, New Jersey to lead the implementation of a global financial consolidation system. The role requires expertise in finance, accounting, and technology to optimize consolidation processes, improve reporting efficiency, and drive organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Collaborate with finance, IT, tax, and audit stakeholders to deliver scalable consolidation solutions
- Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and training materials
- Configure consolidation groups, master data structures, hierarchies, and validation rules
- Manage production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support financial close activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- Minimum 5 years of accounting, financial consolidation, analysis, and reporting experience
- Leadership experience coordinating financial systems and project teams
- Technical knowledge of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation
- Master data design and implementation experience
- Requirements gathering, interpretation, and stakeholder management in global teams
- Organizational change management and communication skills
