Auto Disassembly Technician

Join our family-owned and operated company as a full time Automotive Technician. If you have a knack for understanding automotive parts and enjoy working independently towards defined targets, this role is perfect for you. Your primary role will be to dismantle vehicles to fulfill orders for used parts, contributing to our mission of providing quality used parts to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle vehicles to fulfill parts orders
• Work independently to meet defined target goals
• Collaborate with team members to meet company objectives
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work a consistent 7am - 4pm M-F schedule

Qualifications/Expectations

• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Secure the proper tool types to complete outlined job duties by the time you begin employment

Compensation

We offer a stable training rate (60 days max) after which employees switch to our commission plan that is built to reward the motivated worker. $30/hour potential based on experience and performance (over $60,000/year)
