We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Lumpers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually loading and unloading freight, sorting products, palletizing merchandise, and assisting with general warehouse operations. This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload containers, trailers, and trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and palletize products according to customer specifications.
- Shrink-wrap, label, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
- Stack and arrange products to maximize space and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse staff.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
