IT Business AnalystAs our IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as a critical liaison between the business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional specifications and ensuring software solutions meet high-quality standards. You will gather requirements, design validation strategies, and execute testing to verify deliverables, including writing scripts as part of Test-Driven Development (TDD). This role requires strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with business objectives.
