  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our diverse patient population seeks support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related symptoms. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys, providing empathetic guidance, and equipping them with the tools needed for growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

  • A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marital and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

  • A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.

  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

  • Strong written communication skills for maintaining clear and comprehensive session documentation.

  • A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your professional license.

  • Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling methodologies is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and additional perks such as paid no-shows and late cancellations. We also provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000, recognizing your transition into this rewarding role.
