About Us: Join our therapy team in a unique split position supporting residents across two welcoming Northern Virginia communities: Potomac Place in Woodbridge and Tall Oaks Assisted Living in Reston. Both communities offer assisted living, memory care, on-site rehabilitation, and supportive, resident-centered environments where therapy professionals can build meaningful relationships and make a direct impact on residents' wellness and independence. This split position provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams across two distinct settings while enjoying the variety, professional growth, and rewarding relationships that come with serving residents throughout their wellness journeys.

Qualifications: The Physical Therapist Assistant shall implement the plan of care as established by the RPT and the physician in a professional, competent manner, upholding excellence with quality of care.

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
