Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and contributing factors to their addiction.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the complexities of addiction and underlying mental health issues, tailoring interventions to meet individual client needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure integrated, holistic care for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
