Job Summary - As a Dish Washer, you'll be the backbone of the restaurant. You'll be washing and prepping to keep up with the flow of dinner—while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and cleanliness. You'll work closely with other staff members as they bring back dining room dishes, prepping instruments, grabbing dirty dishes, and bringing product to the lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing and maintaining dishes and the dish area
- Set up and stock station with necessary supplies before and after each shift
- Operate the dish machine and make sure it functions correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your stations- dish area, prep area you may use
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Assist with prep work and inventory rotation
- Taking trash down to the compactor at the beginning and end of your shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive customer service environment
- Adapt to changing time frames and shifts
- Previous experience is appreciated but not required (we're willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with product and where items are located within the restaurant
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
