If you join our team, they will.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Regulatory Compliance team, the Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for the day to day support of the operations of the regulatory compliance department. The Senior Compliance Analyst will work with all Support Services departments as well as interact directly with SCA's facilities.Key Responsibilities:Performing all phases of compliance related reviews and support activity (e.g., hotline, excluded party screening, HIPAA breach reporting, Regulatory Compliance Leads Program operations, Stark Law Monitoring Program, Section 1557 monitoring, Compliance training tracking)Assist in the diligence, integration, and acquisition processWorking effectively with other departments/external sourcesWorking as part of a team who support each other to accomplish set goals and objectives togetherQualificationsEducation and Work Experience:Four year college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or health care administration required.4+ years of experience related to health care operations, regulatory compliance, and/or healthcare compliance preferred, but not required.Audit experience recommendedCertifications:If not already achieved, obtain either of the below certifications within first two years of employment:Certification in healthcare compliance (CHC)Other considerations (not requirements):Project management experienceCoding experienceUSD $75,000.00/Yr.
