Job Title: Yard Attendant Job Description

As a Yard Attendant, you must be able and willing to work safely at elevated heights. You will be responsible for following appropriate safety procedures, opening and closing railcar gates, putting up bulkheads, preparing shipping containers, installing condensation tarps, and general clean-up.

Work Environment

You will be working in an outdoor yard environment, exposed to elements such as cold weather during the winter and extreme heat during the summer. The work is fast-paced and involves being in and around industrial settings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savannah, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
