California Licensed Assistant Maintenance Manager

Leading a team in repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, the full-time California Licensed Assistant Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations primarily focused on conveyor systems in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage maintenance team members, ensuring departmental goals and objectives are met Develop and implement standards and work procedures while maintaining positive customer and employee relations Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent management experience (minimum 3 years) Capability to obtain CMRP / ICML MLT 1 certification Working knowledge of repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment Experience operating heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts and boom lifts Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
