Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with an understanding of how diverse backgrounds impact mental health.

• Solid organizational skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
