• Shift & Weekend Differentials + Extra $3.40 / Hour HERO Pay

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants

• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environment

• Current RN or LPN License

• Ability to administer medication; IV certification preferred

• Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations

• Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance

• Passion for improving the lives of residents
