Athletic Trainer - Certified Clinic

Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $27.34-$41.05 hourly; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Title: Certified Athletic Trainer Work Schedule: Typical hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM; hours may vary based on job requirements. Position Overview Evaluates athletic injuries, assesses needs, and implements appropriate athletic training interventions, including administering modalities, therapeutic exercise, and preventative taping/bracing. Works with the Chief Reliability Officer, school athletic directors, and intramural staff to serve local high school and collegiate athletes, attending practices and sporting events, developing in‑season and off‑season training and conditioning programs, leading injury prevention clinics, ordering supplies, and supervising student athletic trainers. Maintains communication with student athletes, parents, coaches, and physicians. A Day in the Life Plan programs and services under athletic training contracts. Compile and evaluate data on patients’ responses to therapy. Track injury data and analyze diagnosis and treatment efficacy. Consult with staff and health team members on patient information and treatment planning. Document care in flowsheets and the EMR, and report as required. Coordinate with school contract personnel for continuity of care. Use computer technology for data collection and athlete testing. About You: Must Have Bachelor’s degree in athletic training. CPR certification. NATA certification. Ability to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage student athlete injuries. Excellent communication skills with colleagues, staff, and primary stakeholders. Ability to learn and utilize new technologies. Effective time, task, and resource management. Data analysis and metric interpretation skills. Basic knowledge of legal and regulatory high‑school athletic training standards. Wow If You Have Master’s degree in athletic training.
