Die Digital Durchblick GmbH schult Steuerkanzleien zum Thema KI – durch praxisnahe Workshops und Videokurse. Zudem hält die Digital Durchblick GmbH Anteile an der Kanzleikumpel GmbH, einem spezialisierten ChatGPT für Steuerberater. Aktuell sind wir eine One-Man-Show mit Wachstumsambitionen. Deshalb suchen wir eine zuverlässige Unterstützung für Ole bei den täglichen Aufgaben – remote, flexibel und mit 10 Stunden pro Woche. Aufgaben Was du machst CRM-Pflege für den Webinarvertrieb (Kundendaten aktualisieren, Übersicht behalten) Kundenkommunikation vorbereiten (E-Mails aufbereiten, Anfragen strukturieren) Termine buchen und vereinbaren (Meetings, Calls, Webinare koordinieren) Marketingmaßnahmen organisieren (Kampagnen planen, Umsetzung begleiten) YouTube-Kanal pflegen (Videos hochladen, Beschreibungen formulieren, Community betreuen) Ole den Rücken freihalten – damit er sich auf Softwareentwicklung und Beratung konzentrieren kann Qualifikation Muss sein: Interesse für KI und Steuerberatung Du studierst im Master (Studienrichtung egal) Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenständig Du bist kommunikativ und schreibst gerne Du kommst mit neuen Tools schnell klar Schön wäre: Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen Du hast schon mal mit Marketing oder Social Media gearbeitet Du magst YouTube und Video-Content Englisch sprichst du auch Benefits Was wir bieten 18 Euro/Stunde (bei ca. 9-10 Stunden/Woche = ca. 700€/Monat) 100% Remote – Arbeite von überall in Deutschland ⏰ Flexible Zeiten – Du stimmst deine Arbeitsblöcke mit Ole ab.
