Production Associate

We Make Doors. Where They Lead Is Up to You.

Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing of high-quality doors and windows. Depending on your assignment, you may work in various production, assembly, material handling, or packaging functions throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate small and large production equipment used in the manufacturing of doors and windows.
  • Work on door and window assembly lines.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Machine products for hardware installation.
  • Prepare, move, and handle materials throughout the production process.
  • Stage and package finished products for shipment.
  • Perform general warehouse and production-related duties as needed.
  • Work overtime as required to meet customer demands and production schedules.
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and participate in team lifts for items exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements as needed.
Safety
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and requirements at all times.
Qualifications
  • Basic proficiency with hand and power tools, including drills, staple guns, and miter saws.
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and cross-train in multiple areas.
