DA KANES KITCHEN LLC is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Labor team member to join our crew in Ewa Beach, HI! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen environment where your efforts directly contribute to delivering delicious food and great experiences. If you love the energy of a kitchen and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and plating tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and floors
- Wash, clean, and organize dishes, cookware, and utensils
- Receive, store, and rotate food inventory and supplies properly
- Support line cooks and kitchen leads during high-volume service periods
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health code standards
- Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown at the start and end of each shift
- Prior kitchen, food service, or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, lift, and remain active for extended periods during shifts
- Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
