The outpatient clinic also serves the community by offering infusions, transfusions and injections for patients diagnosed with blood, immune, genetic and hereditary disorders.

• 2+years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion - Required
• CHEMO CERT - REQUIRED IN PROFILE AT UPLOAD. NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Port/Catheter/Fistula experience required
• IV Cert./Peripheral IV Insertion experience - STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Previous Travel - Highly Preferred
• BSN - Preferred

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile - Facility will not pend license/certs

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• CHEMO
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : NH or Compact License must be active at time of submission!
