Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN / RN to provide primary care nursing for underserved patients in our faith-based, community health setting. Responsibilities include rooming patients, triage, administering medications and vaccines, chronic disease support, care coordination, documentation in the EHR, and patient education. The nurse collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, whole-person care that integrates medical, behavioral, and spiritual support. Ideal candidates are mission-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient clinic focused on health equity.
