• Collaborate with our seasoned agents to learn effective prospecting techniques and build a client base.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Utilize provided leads to connect with prospective buyers and sellers, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and presenting property listings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each home.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

• Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being a self-starter with a strong work ethic, ready to take initiative and drive your success.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn, to maintain organized and accurate client records.
• Strong interest in real estate and a commitment to staying informed about market trends and property values.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to a supportive work environment.
