Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.) Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team Maintain accurate visit and care documentation Requirements Required: Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift Required: Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance Required: Ability to pass background check Hoyer Lift experience HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification preferred Reliable transportation Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred Strong communication and reliability Why Join Havenova Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive care team and ongoing training Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing multi-state agency #J-18808-Ljbffr Havenova Home Care Solutions
