Registered Nurse Coordinator

Role: RN Sepsis Coordinator responsible for leading and developing the system-wide Sepsis Program to improve patient outcomes through collaboration, clinical expertise, and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain sepsis accreditation programs Review and update care standards, protocols, and pathways Serve as an expert resource for sepsis care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate workflows, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting Provide ongoing education to staff, patients, families, and external partners Lead performance improvement initiatives, monitor patient care Participate in hospital and regional committees and advisory groups Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience in Emergency Department, Critical Care, or inpatient services Must hold a NYS Registered Nurse license Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to equipment cleaning solutions, and perform mobility tasks including patient lifting and navigating multi-level facilities Additional Requirements Effective communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Adherence to infection control guidelines Access to transportation for work-related travel No staff supervision required #J-18808-Ljbffr
