The operating room program maintains established anesthesia protocols and organized perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery. Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. About the Facility Location Dunn, North Carolina offers a range of historical and recreational attractions suited to diverse interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore the Dunn Area History Museum, the Averasboro Battlefield Museum, and two Civil War battlefields, as well as outdoor destinations such as the Dunn-Erwin Rail Trail and local golf courses. The North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences and the North Carolina Museum of Art are both located approximately 33 miles from the area, providing additional cultural options within the region. Clinician's Workday The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM at an operating room facility in Dunn, North Carolina. The surgical case mix includes general, cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, OB, and pediatric procedures, with the clinician managing a mix of own cases across 4 rooms under a 1:4 MD supervision model. Call coverage requirements are negotiable for this locum tenens assignment. Board certification in Anesthesiology is required, and credentialing is estimated at 105 days.
