Position Overview Biena is looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to bring the Biena brand and voice to life across social platforms. In this role you will be the creative engine behind Biena's social presence — leading content creation, shooting and editing short‑form video, executing strategy, and growing a large, die‑hard fan base. This is a hands‑on content creation role first and foremost. We are looking for someone with a sharpened skillset in social media videography, an obsessive eye for what performs on TikTok and Instagram Reels, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. You will work directly with Biena's Head of Marketing and external agency partners to grow followers, build community engagement, and accelerate Biena's transformation into a social‑first brand. Your ideas and creations will directly shape the trajectory of the Biena brand. This is a self‑starter role for someone who is creative, collaborative, and driven — and who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. Role Responsibilities Content Creation & Production Concept, shoot, and edit videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels — owning the full production process from idea to post Manage creative asset development from concept to completion, including concepting, filming, editing, captioning, and publishing Ideate and implement disruptive, platform‑native social content to quickly build followers, reinforce brand positioning, and achieve brand objectives Lead social copy across all platforms, maintaining a consistent, on‑brand voice, tone, and messaging Support the marketing team in creating visual graphics and other creative assets as needed Strategy, Insights & Community Accelerate Biena's transformation into a social‑first brand, demonstrating vision for ways Biena can push boundaries, grab attention, and more deeply engage its target consumer Translate performance data into actionable insights to continuously refine content strategy and maximize brand impact Provide thought leadership on social trends and pop culture moments, identifying timely opportunities to insert the Biena brand into the conversation Engage with Biena's communities on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, responding to comments and building authentic connections Maintain the brand calendar, content planning and organization Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally at a consumer brand Proven, hands‑on track record creating high‑performing TikToks and Instagram Reels — including concepting, filming, and editing (portfolio/examples required) A natural videographer and visual storyteller who can transform everyday snack moments into compelling, scroll‑stopping content Deep familiarity with platform‑native trends on TikTok and Instagram; you understand what makes content feel authentic vs. overly produced Highly motivated, collaborative, and a driven self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Passionate about the future of social media, cultural trends, and shifting audience behaviors Excellent communication, copywriting, project management, and organizational skills Experience creating graphics using Canva or similar tools; graphic design skills are a strong bonus Experience with food‑related content creation and comfort filming in a variety of settings Passion for healthy eating, natural foods, food trends, and/or an active lifestyle Ability to travel for work‑related events and to work on‑site at Biena HQ 3 days per week Application Requirements Cover letter Portfolio or examples of short‑form video content (TikTok / Reels) that demonstrate your ability to shoot, edit, and produce compelling, socially‑native content Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Healthcare & dental benefits 401(k) Paid time off A collaborative, fun, mission‑driven team Unlimited Biena Snacks #J-18808-Ljbffr
