Position Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities PRN and/or contract staffing in long‑term care facilities and/or assisted living settings Assist with daily activities, including aid with ambulation, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises Pass medications, administer treatments, and provide wound care Check vitals and observe patients for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment Maintain 24/7 communication with on‑call staff members within Interim HealthCare Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or reciprocity/multi‑state eligibility Maintains required certifications, qualifications, and associated standards Prior LPN experience is highly preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits Pay rate: $40–$42+ per hour, paid weekly PRN / part‑time / full‑time contract opportunities Shift options: days, evenings, nights; 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts Free continued education credits Location Madison, SD EEO Statement Interim HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
