Active Property & Casualty license required
Life & Health license preferred

Responsibilities- Consistently hit and exceed new business production goals.
- Create customized insurance quotes, deliver clear & confident sales presentations, and close new business
- Engage with customers primarily over the phone to understand their needs, and recommend the right coverage solutions.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment by actively participating in team meetings and collaboration sessions.
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required
- General Lines Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and highly coachable with a growth mindset.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while multitasking and following through consistently.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with a customer first approach.
