What We're Looking For:

Active Property & Casualty license required

Life & Health license preferred

Strong communication and people skills

• Consistently hit and exceed new business production goals.
• Create customized insurance quotes, deliver clear & confident sales presentations, and close new business
• Engage with customers primarily over the phone to understand their needs, and recommend the right coverage solutions.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment by actively participating in team meetings and collaboration sessions.

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required
• General Lines Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and highly coachable with a growth mindset.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while multitasking and following through consistently.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with a customer first approach.
