The Sales Associate is a frontline team member who brings sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. This role is all about connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a fun, inclusive, high energy store experiencewhile helping the team hit sales goals. Sales Associates are brand ambassadors who help customers find the right styles and fits, support daily store operations, and keep the store looking fresh and ready.

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they'll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they're ready to go and arrive on time.

Store Ops & Execution

• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Teamwork & Culture

• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.
• Have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Jump in where needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.
