Weekend Night Shift Supervisor (LPN/RN)

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dedicated Weekend Night Shift Supervisor to join our leadership team. If you're an experienced LPN or RN with a passion for long-term care and leading clinical teams, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact while working a consistent weekend schedule. Schedule Weekend Nights Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Additional shifts may be available based on facility needs. What You'll Do Provide clinical leadership and supervision during weekend night shifts. Support and mentor nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment. Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations. Respond to changes in resident conditions and assist with clinical decision-making. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Complete documentation accurately and ensure PointClickCare (PCC) documentation is maintained. Participate in admissions, incident follow-up, and other clinical responsibilities as needed. Serve as the nursing leader on duty during assigned shifts. Qualifications Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing. Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience required. Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
