Sr. Medical Science Liaison

Senior Medical Science Liaison role at Becton Dickinson focused on plastic and reconstructive surgery. This field-based position involves stakeholder engagement, medical strategy alignment, and management of three MSLs across multiple US territories.

Responsibilities

• Align medical strategy and objectives with cross-functional teams across multiple business units
• Identify and map stakeholders including KOLs, surgeons, payers, and patient groups in assigned territory
• Develop and execute personalized engagement plans with defined scientific and educational outcomes
• Manage and mentor three MSLs while conducting field-based stakeholder interactions
• Track engagement activities, document insights, and adapt tactics to maximize strategic impact

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA, RN)
• 3-5 years field-based MSL or clinical plastic surgery experience
• Plastic and reconstructive surgery background required
• Prior management experience
• KOL engagement and medical affairs expertise
• Cross-functional collaboration and compliance knowledge
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
