Players Club Representative

Communicate the benefits of the Players Club to guests.

Establish and maintain Club memberships in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Assist with promotions and special events to drive business to MotorCity.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least one year of customer service experience.

High level of professionalism.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to stand throughout your shift.
