The Overnight Facility Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the hotel operates safely, efficiently, and seamlessly during overnight hours. Position Overview: This position blends engineering expertise, safety leadership, and guest-focused service, serving as the overnight leader responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property while ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary leader on property overnight in the absence of senior leadership Oversee hotel operations, ensuring all departments are supported as needed Maintain situational awareness of occupancy levels, VIPs, and group activity Communicate effectively with morning leadership teams via logs, reports, and handoffs Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity, safety incidents, and follow-up actions Support and guide overnight colleagues, fostering teamwork and accountability Promote a culture of safety, respect, and service excellence Role Summary This position is essential to delivering the Hyatt Centric experience overnight-ensuring the hotel is safe, fully functional, and consistently aligned with brand standards, while providing confident leadership and genuine care for guests and colleagues alike.
