Family Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider (Barring Trace)

Overview:

Carle Health is seeking an  Advanced Practice Provider  to join our newly developed Family Medicine team at our Barring Trace Clinic location in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

• Join an expanding practice with 1 Family Medicine physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
• Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

 

Education Requirements: 

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

 

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $56.37 - $73.29/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
