Sales Representative

Job Description

Join the dynamic team at FASTSIGNS® of Rochester, MN, as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth by connecting with clients and providing tailored signage solutions that meet their unique needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate signage products and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in signage, advertising, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Google Workplace is a plus.
Ability to read construction plans is a bonus.
