RN Critical Care / ACCU Travel

We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses for a travel assignment in a high-acuity hospital setting. This role involves working in an ACCU/ICU environment with the ability to float across multiple units while caring for critically ill patients.

Requirements:

Active California RN License BLS and ACLS (AHA) NIHSS certification Minimum 5 years of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting Experience with conscious sedation Travel experience preferred CCRN preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide care to critically ill patients in ACCU/ICU settings Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments Administer medications and monitor patient responses Manage ventilated patients and sedation protocols Interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor hemodynamic status Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning Follow protocols for sepsis, infection control, and patient safety Document accurately and communicate changes in patient condition

Additional Details:

Must be comfortable floating to ICU, ED, PACU, and IMC units Experience with high-acuity patients and critical care equipment required Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in fast-paced environments
