Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer evidence-based therapy techniques to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare specialists to create a holistic treatment approach, ensuring that clients receive well-coordinated care.

• Address emergencies by providing immediate crisis intervention, employing therapeutic techniques that prioritize client safety and emotional stabilization.

• Participate in community outreach efforts by leading workshops and educational seminars aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing social stigma around seeking help.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
