Take the next step in your Speech-Language Pathology career by supporting K-12 students, including young adults up to age 26, with moderate to severe autism in a welcoming educational setting near Benton Harbor, MI. This is an onsite, contract opportunity beginning August 24, 2026, and running through the end of the school year. You'll provide vital services across the district, positively impacting student communication, academic growth, and daily functioning.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Michigan SLP licensure (required)
• Open to candidates holding Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with school-aged populations and autism spectrum disorders strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and families
• Must meet all district onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and assessments to students with moderate to severe autism across a variety of grade levels (Kindergarten through age 26)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support generalization of communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required by state and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
