We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team at Maple Lawn Senior Care, in Fulda, MN! Maple Lawn Senior Care is in a rural environment that offers a calmer atmosphere and less stress, allowing you more opportunities to build a full caseload quickly. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a $7,500 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply! Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position with a flexible start and end time Wage Range: $45 - $55 / hour depending on experience. Bonus: $7,500 Location: 400 NE 7th St Fulda, MN 56131Physical Therapist Responsibilities:Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety.
