Want to bring your true self on this adventure?YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Support production in a mixed model assembly environmentDevelop, implement, and improve assembly processes to meet cost, quality, and capacity requirementsSpecify, procure, validate, and implement tools, fixtures, and equipmentProvide recommendations in tool selection and error-proofingApply lean manufacturing principles to improve operationsApply DMAIC methodology to identify root cause and implement permanent solutionsWork closely with team leads and technicians to resolve problemsDevelop and maintain standard work instructionsImplement engineering change noticesAchieve manufacturing engineering milestones for New Product Development programsYOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:REQUIRED:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering2+ years of experience in manufacturing; Process engineering, operations engineering, Mechanical DesignExperience analyzing data and utilizing tools to develop implementation plansExperience releasing and implementing processes during product development phases. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google SuiteTeam player with excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing principles; Defects, Non-utilized talent (underusing employee skils/time)Ability to multi-task and set prioritiesAutoCAD knowledge is requiredPosition requires current work authorization.
