Description:

Mortal Kombucha is looking for highly motivated sales leaders to join our team and drive growth in Souther California

The Field Sales Manager in Southern California is responsible for expanding doors, managing vendors and distributor relationships throughout the Southern California Region. This job requires a self-motivated, detail oriented, high energy person who is a great communicator and can multi-task.

This job is available for full and part-time.

Compensation:
You will be paid bi-monthly.

Requirements:

• Increases Sales and Distribution of Mortal Kombucha in assigned Sales Territory.
• Aggressively pursues new accounts, while building relationships with existing account base.
• Develops expert Kombucha knowledge and understanding of all Mortal Kombucha products.
• Fantastic time management to maximize sales volume within assigned Territory.
• Organized expense planning to achieve maximum return on investment.
• Acts as coach to brokers and distributors on selling in Mortal Kombucha.
• Communicates retail account activity to distributors, brokers, and Mortal Kombucha internal management.
• Will spend 5 Days per week in the field: 80% On Premise – 20% Off Premise

• Coordinates and works special events and promotions as assigned throughout the year.
• Creates and maintains a regular schedule of distributor ride-alongs.

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

• Excellent persuasive sales and relationship development skills.
• Mastery of basic Google Suite programs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Physical Demands

Medium work:  Employee may, or may not, have a workstation or office.  Time spent conducting sedentary work is less than 50%.  Requires walking, standing and/or driving  Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Requires frequent bending, stooping, pulling, and pushing.
