Patient Services Specialist - Billing & Records
Community Health of South Florida, Inc.
Community Health of South Florida, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, following scripts and acting as a liaison between patients and the organization. You will evaluate documents for billing accuracy and maintain patient records in the EHR systems. The role requires teamwork, clerical skills, and strong communication abilities.
