Principal Operations Business Partner, Citrix Product

The Principal Operations Business Partner plays a critical role in driving operational rigor and execution discipline across the Product and Specialist organizations. This role is designed for a strong self‑starter who can operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and proactively identify and solve business problems. This individual owns the operational frameworks required to track product adoption, ensure account hygiene, surface risks early, and drive accountability to outcomes. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to influence cross‑functional leaders without reliance on prescriptive direction. Key Responsibilities Own and drive core operational cadences across Product and Specialist teams to review key deals, ensure effective handoffs, and improve execution quality Establish and maintain operational rigor for tracking product adoption, account health, and execution risks Define, track, and drive accountability to business KPIs , ensuring consistent performance measurement against targets Lead end‑to‑end preparation for QBR/QPRs, annual planning , and ongoing account assignment governance Proactively identify business risks, execution gaps, and friction points , surfacing issues early with data‑backed recommendations Translate ambiguous problems into clear processes, metrics, and action plans Partner cross‑functionally to close process gaps and drive durable solutions—not just recommendations Document current‑ and future‑state processes to establish scalable playbooks and operational standards Assess downstream impacts to the field organization and drive targeted communication and enablement as needed Qualifications Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives between Product Organizations and Go‑To‑Market teams Operational mindset, push for standardization and cross‑team alignment, drive alignment when no natural owner exists Ability to frame risk and recommendations at strategic level (more advisory/trusted advisor than just data support); bridge between product strategy and field reality / tools Demonstrated success operating as a self‑starter , prioritizing work effectively across multiple high‑stakes initiatives Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills , with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous issues into executable actions Track record of creating structure where none exists and improving operational discipline at scale Ability to influence across multiple functions and leadership levels without formal authority Data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to guide leadership decisions Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and evolving environments Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or a related field within a technology or high‑growth environment Proven success executing high‑impact initiatives that require cross‑departmental alignment Strong written, verbal, and executive‑level communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while partnering effectively across teams About Us Cloud Software Group is one of the world’s largest cloud solution providers, serving more than 100 million users around the globe.
