POSITION SUMMARY: 

Thursday through Monday, full-time Customer Service Specialist for large master planned Active Aduit (55+) HOA in Lacey.  

Compensation:  

Starting $25 to $30/hr. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• This person will staff the front desk Thursday through Monday. Hours will be 8:30am to 5:00pm daily. Occasionally, hours will need to be adjusted for scheduled events. 
• Will need to curate and execute a program of activities and events that engage and enrich the lives of our owners and residents. Includes fitness and wellness programs and social and cultural events. 
• Answering questions and giving clubhouse tours to new owners and residents as needed. 
• Pool checks and facilitates equipment and amenities usage for homeowners and residents.  
• Maintains a professional relationship with Homeowners, staff, consultants and vendors. 
• Documenting communication and maintenance needs observed into software system and escalating up to Management team.  

PROFICIENCIES: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• Must possess a high energy attitude and an ability to multi-task different projects at any given time. 
• Strong customer service, organizational skills. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment  

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  

1. High School diploma/GED, plus any specialized schooling and/or job education in a specific skill area. 
2. Preferred 3-years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of above education and experience.

• Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. 
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities. 
• Must be able to work effectively and cheerfully in a fast-paced environment which may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties 

Working Conditions 

Work is conducted in a site environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust or temperature changes and occasional exposure to the outdoors including seasonal weather.
